Well, if this be the case then you certainly have no excuse for not exercising. True, these exercises will not make you a bodybuilder, but they will certainly strengthen every muscle group in your body.
1Leg raise Exercises at Your Desk
- Seated in your chair, raise one or both legs slightly off the ground and extend, keeping your back straight.
- Now raise the legs further up so they are parallel to the floor. Hold for 10 seconds and then get back to the sitting position.
- Repeat 5-10 times.
